Which data do we process and why?

Contact form. When you submit the contact form, the data you enter (name, company, email address, phone number, subject and message) is forwarded to our email address through the form service Web3Forms. Web3Forms acts as our processor, may keep the data temporarily and may process it outside the European Economic Area. If sending fails, the form opens your email app with a pre-filled message that you can send yourself. We use this data solely to answer your question, schedule an appointment, prepare a quote and carry out our services.

Email and phone. If you email or call us directly, we process the data you share with us for the same purpose.

Technical data. As with any website, the hosting provider may temporarily record technical data, such as your IP address, in server logs to keep the website secure and available.

Legal basis

We process your data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract or to perform a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering enquiries from visitors and customers and keeping the website secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). For legal obligations, such as bookkeeping, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR applies.

Retention

We do not keep your data longer than necessary to handle your request. Data that we are legally required to keep, such as accounting records, is kept for the legal retention period.

Who do we share your data with?

We do not sell your data. We only share it with service providers we need to run our business, such as our email provider, our hosting provider and the form service Web3Forms, or where the law requires it.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising services, and does not store any information in your browser.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict your data, the right to object to the processing, and the right to data portability.
